El Consorcio deber\u00e1 devolver m\u00e1s de 6 millones y medio de d\u00f3lares.<\/p>\n

La Corte Provincial de Justicia de Manab\u00ed calific\u00f3 como improcedente la \u00faltima acci\u00f3n de protecci\u00f3n propuesta por los representantes del Consorcio KAVI en contra el Municipio de La Concordia, respecto a la terminaci\u00f3n unilateral del contrato correspondiente a la construcci\u00f3n de los sistemas de alcantarillado de esta ciudad. La larga batalla legal a\u00fan no termina, pues el Consorcio deber\u00e1 devolver m\u00e1s de 6 millones y medio de d\u00f3lares para que el cabildo contrate con otra empresa y contin\u00fae la obra, luego de que la Corte emita una sentencia ejecutoriada.<\/p>\n
