As\u00ed lo confirmaron ciudadanos como Jenny Quilumba, quien no pudo obtener la c\u00e9dula de su hijo el mi\u00e9rcoles debido a las fallas, pero este jueves logr\u00f3 completar el tr\u00e1mite.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mediante un bolet\u00edn, la entidad inform\u00f3 que las interrupciones se debieron a un proceso de repotenciaci\u00f3n de la infraestructura tecnol\u00f3gica y asegur\u00f3 que la atenci\u00f3n ya opera con normalidad. Sin embargo, persisten los reclamos ciudadanos. Quilumba, por ejemplo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que durante m\u00e1s de tres meses intent\u00f3 conseguir un turno en l\u00ednea, sin \u00e9xito, por lo que tuvo que acudir directamente a la agencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otros usuarios enfrentan mayores dificultades. La familia Rodr\u00edguez explic\u00f3 que han intentado cedular a su padre, un ciudadano colombiano radicado en Ecuador desde hace m\u00e1s de 50 a\u00f1os, pero no han tenido respuesta en Santo Domingo y deber\u00e1n viajar hasta Quito para concretar el tr\u00e1mite.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como medida para atender la alta demanda, el Registro Civil anunci\u00f3 que este s\u00e1bado 13 y domingo 14 de septiembre se abrir\u00e1n dos jornadas extraordinarias en sus 224 agencias del pa\u00eds, en horario de 08:00 a 19:00, se brindar\u00e1n todos los servicios, incluidos c\u00e9dulas, pasaportes y matrimonios.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El servicio en la agencia del Registro Civil en Santo Domingo de los Ts\u00e1chilas se restableci\u00f3 con normalidad este 11 de septiembre, luego de las intermitencias reportadas un d\u00eda antes.
