Algunos llevan varios d\u00edas esperando los documentos de habilitaci\u00f3n de la revisi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica vehicular. Ellos indican que para la recaudaci\u00f3n s\u00ed hay atenci\u00f3n, en cambio para la finalizaci\u00f3n del tr\u00e1mite hay muchas trabas.<\/p>\n<p>No solo la ca\u00edda del sistema Axis es el problema, tambi\u00e9n se quejan de la atenci\u00f3n brindada por el personal de la empresa de transporte, quienes los env\u00edan de una \u00e1rea a otra para realizar dicha documentaci\u00f3n.
