Julio C\u00e9sar C\u00f3rdova, rector del Santuario Bombol\u00ed, expres\u00f3 su alegr\u00eda ante la noticia y mencion\u00f3 que las labores del nuevo Papa ser\u00e1n inmediatas y de gran responsabilidad con la comunidad cat\u00f3lica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La elecci\u00f3n del cardenal Robert Francis Prevost como Pont\u00edfice marca un hito: es el primer Papa estadounidense, pero a la vez es el primer obispo de Roma con doble nacionalidad, pues tambi\u00e9n es peruano.
