Esto se da porque el contratista encargado hizo mal el trabajo, explic\u00f3 el gerente de la Empresa P\u00fablica Santo Domingo Construye, EPCO TS\u00c1CHILA, Esteban Naranjo. En la calzada se coloc\u00f3 pintura termopl\u00e1stica y no acr\u00edlica como exige la normativa respecto al grado de reflectividad.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a los trabajos\u00a0 generales de ampliaci\u00f3n a 4 carriles de este tramo de la v\u00eda Al\u00f3ag &#8211; Santo Domingo, Naranjo explic\u00f3 que las labores\u00a0 civiles y el\u00e9ctricas terminaron, solo restan estos detalles que pulir, los cuales durar\u00e1n 45 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Esto termina perjudicando a los ciudadanos y conductores que circulan por esta carretera, argument\u00f3 el abogado Fabi\u00e1n Sotomayor, ya que el primer contrato se firm\u00f3 por $470 mil y el segundo por $425 mil.<\/p>\n<p>Son 7 km desde el sector del KFC hasta el redondel Sue\u00f1o de Bol\u00edvar que se ampliaron a 4 carriles con un costo de 10 millones 400 mil d\u00f3lares.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Desde el martes 6 de agosto empezaron nuevamente a retirar la se\u00f1al\u00e9tica horizontal del tramo vial del sector KFC- Sue\u00f1o de Bol\u00edvar.
