Este proyecto abarca la formaci\u00f3n, capacitaci\u00f3n, y licencias para portar armas para los trabajadores de vigilancia y seguridad privada.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La norma contempla mejorar las condiciones laborales para los guardias. Las compa\u00f1\u00edas tendr\u00e1n responsabilidad administrativa el equipamiento de protecci\u00f3n que les entreguen, como chalecos certificados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este proyecto permite que las compa\u00f1\u00edas de seguridad acompa\u00f1en a sus trabajadores cuando enfrenten procesos judiciales por actuar en defensa de la vida ejerciendo su labor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La normativa debe ser enviada al presidente Daniel Noboa para su revisi\u00f3n y en caso de no recibir ning\u00fan veto, ser\u00e1 publicada en el Registro Oficial.
